Ordering from Mountain Pottery

Most of the items shown on this Web site have been sold, but new works are always being produced. Some pieces will be similar to those shown, others will be new forms and new designs. If you see something you like please contact me at

Delivery Time
After placing an order allow 4-6 weeks lead time for delivery if the piece or pieces are made from scratch. If, however, a piece from the Web site is still available it would be shipped out immediately.

Sale Price
My prices range from $200 for large one of a kind pieces to
$20 for Mugs and small vases. Tea Sets and Tableware sets come
at higher prices.

Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS ground service. Additional charges may
apply for overnight, 2-day, or 3-day shipment. Add 15% for shipping
and handling to orders under $300. Add 10% for shipping and
handling to orders over $300. For international addresses, call for
shipping charges.

Return and Replacement Policy
All my work is carefully inspect for chips, cracks, and glaze faults, before
it leaves the studio, and only first-quality pieces are sent out.

If your order is damaged in shipping you may return it to me within a week and I will replace the item at no extra cost. Items broken or damaged after you receive your shipment will not replaced.
